Public bus station of Rethymno. Offers easy access to both airports of Crete. You can also visit Chania and Heraklio.

If you're not hiring a car, this is the next best way to see the rest of Crete. The busses are comfortable with air-conditiong. Bicycle hire is also available. If you decide to stay in Rethimno, transport is not needed as Fortezza House is central to all amenities including the beach within walking distance.
