Best neighborhood place for coffee and breakfast, as well as a deli option for lunch. There are also some nice grocery items.

Amazing sandwiches & a nice small patio. There is also a small market with wine/beer attached. When you go in, order in the back (where the people are making sandwiches).

On beautiful days we buy a 6pack of microbrew beer inside and relax with friends and our strollers (sleeping kids) on the picnic tables outside. The owner will happily give you an empty coffee cup.
