If you want a place to work, surrounded by history, the central library is truly beautiful inside. Free to visit, it makes for a great day of remote work.

I know what you're thinking, but our new library is THE most amazing public library I have EVER visited. Be prepared to be blown away. Check their website for free cultural events.

Lovely blend of historic and modern architecture. Be aware that there are often vagabonds in the area so I recommend daylight visits.
