Ask anyone in the neighborhood where the best place to get breakfast tacos and almost anyone will say it's Eddie's. May sound strange to non-Texans but yes we eat tacos for breakfast and they are fantastic! Bean, bacon, potato and cheese is a favorite of mine but can't ever go wrong with a simple bean and cheese.
