Nothing fancy here, just a good ol' hot dog and some cheese fries. (The Chicago dog is a perennial favorite but I go for the Surf Doggy aka bacon dog!). Fast- even when the line is out the door- cheap, and they have outdoor seating!

The kids will love you - this hot dog stand is a tradition on the Outer Banks. It's bad luck if you don't visit sometime during your stay.

If you like hotdogs then look no further than this dog shack and make sure you get the chili cheese fries 😋 they make there chili from left over hotdogs and it's so delicious 😋
