Not the best kitchen in town, but Monkey Valley and Thorfynns is a must! They have spectacular views over Noordhoek, looking south towards Kommetjie and Cape Point. Great for a drink & a snack!

Position, position, position for the best sunsets in Cape Town. Exceptional food and glorious atmosphere.

Monkey Valley Resort's rustic thatch and wood restaurant is set in the tree tops. It has a wonderful, SE wind free deck which is great to relax on and watch the sunset. It looks over a beautiful Milkwood forest and the stunning Noordhoek beach. Good organic and free range (where possible) food - great Vegetarian dishes, sea food, pizzas (the best around locally), steaks, Malay curries, hamburgers etc. Large fireplaces in winter! Baboon Bush bar. Live music most Saturday afternoons. Open 7am - 12pm. Kitchen closes 10pm. KIDS JUNGLE GYM PLAYGROUND.
