They have a sauna and a steam room, a cold pool and a warm room for relaxing for a mere R40 an hour! The iced tea served is amazing. Take along some of your own water to drink. Check alternate times for men and women.

Swimming in this old pool is a pleasure! Surrounded by a victorian roof and murals, you forget that its exercise. This is not a modern space so don't expect the latest gadgets.
