Wonderful trout farm that wholesales their fish to Whole Foods. Pick up fresh fillets and their delicious trout spread from their counter. Alternatively, borrow a fishing line and land a rainbow trout yourself at their fishing pond. No license required and the staff will clean it for you.

Very high quality food & drink! You can even bring your own catch in to have them cook up, and fish right on the grounds. They'll cook it up right there for ya! They have the best Old Fashions (if drinks are your thing!) Their non-native fish selection is flown in fresh & daily!

Catch trout in their ponds and they will cook. Great place to buy fish, including smoked fish and other delicacies. Super burger or Shore Lunch. Special weekend themes. Dinner and Sunday brunch reservations recommended.
