There are two loop tracks you can access from Matiatia ferry and both navigate the cliftops to the north and south of Matiatia. This is where the passenger ferry arrives and departs to and from Auckland city. You can take a bus to Alison Road from here (It's a direct route) or in a taxi it is about 6 minutes drive.
