This is the original fine-dining spot in the city. Pujol put Mexican cuisine on the world stage. Chef Enrique Olvera was one of the first chefs in the world to take a taco and put it on a fine dining plate.

This is a difficult restaurant to get a reservation, is considered one of the best hundred in the world. It very pricy, in my opinion, worth the investment.
