Many shops along M street or Wisconsin Ave can be budget friendly. These streets will surprise even the most economy conscious shopper. Take a stroll down M street and you will find everything from the most expensive boutique to thrift stores. TJMAX and H&M are on this street too. And the high end shops have SALES!
