Callicoon If your timing is right, you can enjoy some amazing Viet-American food at their Callicoon location, but they are opening more throughout the county!(most recently in Livingston Manor)In Callicoon, you order through a sliding glass window and can sit down at one of the few metal tables they have set up in the street. They have very limited hours on certain days of the week...but the food is consistent and delicious. We tend to do take out! IG @baandme
