Good food, very family friendly. Service is generally good and the staff friendly. It's a big place so they're more likely than some to be able to fit you in at weekends too, even at relatively late notice.

Decent local pub only 10 mins walk away with a nice buzzy vibe. always lively and has a good selection of beers
