Walking distance from the barn. Bring your walking boots and take money in case you want to stop for a well-deserved coffee or ice-cream.

Grayshott is surrounded by lots of National Trust land, heathland and commons. From the back garden, there are walks over Bramshott and Ludshott commons plus the popular picturesque Waggoners Wells Lakes are a short walk. The Punchbowl is unique and close by too. Whether you enjoy long walks, or short gentle ambles, the Punchbowl has a walk for you. It has spectacular long distance views over the 'crater'. On a good day Canary Wharf in London catch your eye in the distance and the lights from the flights coming into Gatwick twinkle. There is a great National Trust café which serves anything from tea and a cake to something more substantial. Alternatively, take a picnic to eat at one of the benches. A favourite of many is to buy Fish and Chips from the local 'chippie' then eat them at the Punchbowl. It is a must visit for groups, individuals, young and old as well as super fun for doggies.
