Beacon Hill Park is home to what was once the world's tallest totem pole in the world, a 38.9 metre (128 foot) pole raised in 1956. Also home to the Beacon Hill Petting Zoo. This is a gorgeous park which also boarders on Mile Zero to the Trans Canada Highway.

Centrally located, Beacon Hill Park is a great place to spend a time outdoors. Walk bridged paths over pond(s) abounding with turtles and ducks, play in the kiddy park, polish your putting skills on the mini putting green or pop into the petting zoo to chase those blues away. It's impossible to keep…

You could spend a whole day at this park and still have more to do. Great spot. Peacocks running wild. Plenty of playgrounds. Gardens and fountains. The lookout. Great place.
