Take the COASTER train to beach towns all the way to San Diego. It runs right along the coast and stops in the center of each town. Start at Oceanside Transit Center or Carlsbad Village.

The Coaster commuter train has stops at Solana Beach, Encinitas & Carlsbad heading north, and Old Town and Downtown San Diego. You can even ride it to the Padre baseball games. Five minute drive from house to Solana Beach station. You can also catch Amtrak on this same line at Solana Beach station.

Easy train access to multiple towns. Coaster station is in the center of Carlsbad Village

Check the Coaster schedule and head north into Carlsbad for a drink or head down south to Old Town or the Gaslamp District. Grab a seat on the west side to see the ocean.
