Josephine’s offer’s you a fine dining experience for any occasion. Be absorbed by the ambiance of the Restaurant while over looking historic gardens and farmlands, set in the beautiful surrounds of Mount Martha. Enjoy our exciting menus, while relaxing with a wide selection of local wines. We are proud to utilise all local produce and traders on the Peninsula. The restaurant is able to cater for Coeliacs, Gluten Free, Gluten Dairy Free and Vegetarians, ensuring that who ever is dining with us is able to relax and know that their dietary requirements are catered for. With a special Children’s Menu and an abundance of green land for them to run around on, it is a great place for you to relax while the children are able to let off steam. There is also stress free parking, as Josephine’s has it’s own parking area. Set in the beautiful surroundings of The Briars, National Trust. Originally the old homestead of the Briars is set on 230 hectares on the Mornington Peninsula. The views from the Restaurant being set up on the hill is panoramic.
