Respectable grocery store does a pretty good job on organic / gluten-free and wine-sake-beer selection; you will have to drive here as there isn't a safe walking path up the hill past Wilkes-Barre Boulevard.

The best grocery store there is period. Fantastic selection, great meats and produce, many prepared meals. Also sells bar and wine. (18 miles/ 20 minutes away)

Ready-to-eat food bar, great deli, all the essentials you need including beer and wine all in one place, including great live bands on Friday nights in the cafe.
