“(4.5 miles) We have probably spent more hours here than any other place in DC. There is something for everyone including hands-on demonstrations, 3-D IMAX movies ( these cost), and a McDonalds that sometimes has aircraft from the museum in their Happy Meals. Even if you’re an adult, it may be worth it to order a couple of Happy Meals.”

“Take the metro one stop further (red line) and exit at Cleveland Park to walk downhill to the main entrance. If driving, park in Lot E at the bottom of the Zoo - this way the return to your car is downhill. Lots of great things to see and do at the Zoo!”
