Fort Tryon Park has beautiful views of the Hudson River, GWB and Uptown Manhattan. Breathtaking pathway through Heather Garden during spring and summer seasons. Excellent hiking trails, for a good workout! A delicious ice-cream truck right outside the park!
Visit cloisters, highly recommend walking tours at cloisters. Visit, Heather Garden, walk alongside the river, great view. If you are visiting in end of September to beginning of October, you can come dressed up for Medieval festival!
Gorgeous park with many paths. There is a botanical garden, chess, tennis/ racquetball courts and The Cloisters Castle.
