This shopping center used to be a train station between Akihabara and Ochanomizu that was taken out of use after World War II. It has now been resurrected as a place full of various shops, restaurants, and cafes. The interior tunnels are lined with stores and there is a museum showing the history of the former station. On the right side of the shopping center facing the river, you can sit down in some chairs and get a nice view of the Kanda River.

Hitachino Brewing Lab is one of my favorite beer cafe. It is reasonable price(only 680yen for genuine claft beer!!!). You may enjoy having bitter beer in the pleasant wind at the terrace in Akihabara. I recommend you come here around 9pm-11:00pm after hustle and bustle day in Tokyo, watching night view of Akihabara and headlight tail of cars.
