This is one of many wineries in the Tamar Valley, and most of our guests reckon this one is good! Never hear a bad thing about their visit to this one. It is at Rowella.

Travel the Tamar Valley Wine Route and visit various vineyards along the way. Enjoy the Tamar River Estuary as it meanders towards Low Head and George Town. Cross the river at the Batman Bridge for a round trip back to Launceston.

Rebecca Duffy is another Tamar Valley institution as winemaker and business leader. Bec has won awards in wine, as a winemaker/operator, and for her service to primary industry in Tasmania. I particularly like her reds and the paddock to plate ethos of the Duffy family. You'll leave Holm Oak knowing exactly what local produce will go with the wines and a recipe or two if you're interested.
