If you want to try some of the best wines in Texas, you'll go visit Ben at Calais Winery. Wines aged in French Oak in the French-style out of 100% Texas grapes that you just can't miss. Small batches so if you like something, buy it while it's available. By appointment only, but we can probably pull some strings!
