This is a great spot for starting a walk along to towpath out towards Grantchester or for a drink or picnic on a sunny day. Situated at the bottom of Mill Lane there's a bridge next to the Scudamore punt station. Cambridge people love to sit out on the grass and picnic and watch the punting efforts! The Mill pub is on the corner as well as The Anchor and both may offer takeaway drinks. Fitzbillies cafe/bakery is at the top of the lane on Trumpington Street for takeaway tea/coffee and fantastic cakes. Closest parking would be Grand Arcade or look for spots along A1134/Queen's Road. Google maps location search Scudamore's punts, Mill Lane.

British brasserie dining for brunch, lunch and dinner in a sympathetically restored mill building. Very nice decor with inner waterwheel
