Sprout is a hidden gem in the heart of Newquay..it’s a foodie haven with secluded courtyard for good coffee and vegan food.

A lovely place to go get a quiet coffee, grab supplies (they've lots of veggie/vegan products ) or join in on one of the events/activities they regularly put on. The staff are always friendly and super happy to help or answer questions.

Out the back gate turn left 50 yards you can’t miss it. Health, vegan and vegetarian foods, plus good cakes and coffee. We order our bread from here, sounds expensive, but well worth the money. Try the daily special (eat in or takeaway)
