New recommended winery, small winery but really impressed with their wines, and the variety. They also have craft beer for those that don’t want wine.

literally around the corner from the West Cave Preserve where you just went exploring, is westcave Cellars winery. Make a day of it explore the caves and The Preserve, then head to the winery for refreshments and entertainment. They have live music on the weekends in a beautiful setting outdoor among the vines

We are members here. Situated along the 290 Wine Trail near Hye, Westcave Cellars Winery is a treasure among Texas Hill Country wineries, providing fine wine handcrafted from 100% Texas grapes. Also brewing tasty Texas beer (two for one!) Ask for Margaret and introduce yourself as our friend and AirBNB guest. 49 minutes away. Generally don't need reservation for small group. Open Friday-Sunday.
