Wait a minute, there's a gas station where Pancho's is suppose to be!? Yep, that's right. Pancho's is a basically a huge grill set up in the back of a tiny gas station that serves, hot, New Mexican food to go. Grab a burrito for a picnic next to the river for a change of pace. Call ahead to order to avoid a wait, you never know when the whole fire department will place an order ahead of you.

Yes, it's a gas station. It also has just about the best Mexican food this side of the Pecos. If you like it hot, check out the Carne. Personally, my favorite is the quesadilla. There is no seating, so call it in and pick up a picnic! If you drive north on the main street, there are lots of picnic areas along the Pecos river to enjoy your meal.

It's what's here and it's pretty good! You can ask for your chili on the side,, but be prepared for them to give you a hard time for that! I can't take the heat myself, and they sometimes charge me extra when I request no chili! Pfffff!
