The beach is about 20km from west of Accra and is a poplar beach destination for many tourists in Ghana. Bojo Beach is the only beach where you experience the rich "Island" experience on a sand bank with one side being fresh water and the other side being salty.

Looking for the closest beach to Cheers? Then you must visit Bojo beach. In comparison to Labadi it can feel a bit empty. There are not hoards of salesmen or large crowds, but this can be an welcome surprise. The beach is relatively clean and there are tables and chairs with sunshades. To get to the beach you enter through Bojo Beach resort (15GHS) and you have to sit in a canoe that brings you to the outstretched strip of beach called Bojo Beach.
