Climb the 99 steps (wear sneakers). 1859 vintage tower for breathtaking view of the Jersey Cape. Also WORLD WAR 2 look-out tower. Built to defend the Delaware River and Bay from enemy invasion.

Negozio di liquori
“There are at least six wineries in or around Cape May, but the Cape May Winery is by far our favorite local vineyard! If you're visiting over the weekend, I suggest checking out their Friday night "happy hour" that offers wine specials, a delicious tapas menu, and live acoustic music from 5 pm to 8 pm weekly.”

Grocery or Supermarket
“For the best value Italian Kitchen Express just down the street serves enormous portions and they deliver. Mia Mia's fine dining is a BYOB in walking distance and she serves excellent food. One of our favorite places in Cape May is Gecko's. Great presentation and moderately priced. There is also a lovely patio for outside dining. ”

Museum
“A living history village where you can walk through and visit a “working” General Store, school house, blacksmith, bakery, printer, and more, to experience the first years of American Independence. Open in summer only, but you are free to walk the grounds off season as well. There is also a brewery on the property which serves light fare and is open most of the year.”

“Classic. If you want to feel like Hemingway, head to the back bar and watch the boats on the dock sway. ”
