Alcohol is tightly controlled by the State. Pearl Specialty Market and Spirits is on Lovejoy between 9th and 10th. Wine and beer is available there, as well. Otherwise, wine and beer are available in grocery stores.

You have to by alcohol in liquor stores in Oregon. They have a great selection, pricey but not too bad. Speciality items. Also wine, beer, and sake.
