Clover Hill is one of Tasmania’s premier sparkling houses, established in 1986 on the site of an old dairy farm in north-east Tasmania for the sole purpose of producing sparkling wines to rival those of Champagne. It is worth the drive to visit, it’s a fantastic winery, the view from their outdoor area is worth the drive alone, let alone the fantastic wine and platters they have on offer.
