Great park & track facilities w roller skating and kids park options — i go summer and fall to walk the track and meditate by the water. 🙏🏽
The park hosts an Olympic size pool, basket ball courts, track and field, hand ball courts, green grass, picnic tables, a restaurant and there is bike path that runs the length of the island which can be accessed here. Occasional music concerts too!

Great views of the Hudson River and the George Washington bridge. Also a fun public pool in the summer and tons of outdoor sports to take part in.
