New shopping mall that's opened at the end of 2016, with a carefully chosen selection of nice shops (Petit Pan, M&S Food, Cultura and many other). A 10 min nice walk through the parc de la Villette from our doorstep.

on s'y sent bien, on ne s'y ennuie pas, on y trouve à manger si vous avez le temps (et qu'il ne pleut pas) vous pourrez longer le canal de l'Ourcq, louer une embarcation et continuer l'aventure sous les ponts de Paris
