Great Trail network in Sudden Valley with the parking lot less than 2 miles from lookout Mountain lodge. There are loops that you can do here that are short and long. The trail forks app is a good one to have while hiking or mountain biking that shows maps of trails and allows you to navigate them with info on distance elevation etc and also shows access points. The whatcom county website has a description of the trails. It also connects to Galbraith Mountain which is a world class mountain biking destination with great views. Galbraith is the northern end of lookout mountain. Cougar ridge is a great mountain biking trail accessible from here.

Gorgeous short hike a couple miles from here with a beautiful waterfall.

This park is located within 1 minute of Casa Sunshine and provides endless hiking and mountain biking trails. There is a parking lot at the entrance.
