A lovely little bar, great for a drink after watching a film at the Cameo just over the street. Great chips and cheese.

This bar does incredible burgers! Normally busy upstairs, but there's always space downstairs. Open late in the festival, and you might get some people dancing on the tables if you're lucky...

What can I say? This is my local. I've been going here for years and not because its a hop skip and a jump away but because of the fantastic vibes and the friendly characters. It really is a cosy enchanting bar and the food menu is excellent too. It has and always will be a favourite of mine. Groups can hire out the basement for free too (in advance) and comes with it's on disco ball! Long live the Cuckoo!
