Best breakfast in the North End hands down. Anthony and his mother cook fresh breakfast and lunch to order and get you in and out quick. Outdoor seating is available, weather permitting.

I know what you're thinking, this is not an Italian restaurant, but it is one of the best places to get Chinese, Sushi and other Pan-Asian dishes you will not find on any other menu in Boston.

Some of the most authentic Italian pastry in the city. Ricotta Pie is one of my favorites, but don't be afraid to try other pasteries, because they are all made fresh!

Tried and true. A North End institution and some of the best Cioppino in town! Gnocci Spezzatino is another favorite of mine made with fresh veal, mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes.

This is no ordinary bar. Here, you'll get better Italian food than in most other restaurants. The atmosphere is casual, but sophisticated at the same time. Some of the best All'Amatriciana I have had.

Gaetano has the best Italian imported products in all of the North End. From fresh Pecorino Romano, Parmigiano-Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma and they fly in fresh Mozzeralla di Bufala from Campania.
