So big and gorgeous you might forget you're in Jo'burg! The upper parts of the park, with its dams and big trees, are particularly nice to take a stroll.
Connected to a series of other parks all along the Braamfontein Spruit (the stream), you can hike, run or bike for hours without ever crossing a road or going through the same place twice.
Access by crossing the blue bridge where Marlborough Avenue and Hamilton Avenue meet.

Probably the best french bakery in town! Delicious croissants, baguette, brownies, a variety of bread loaves, and all sorts of other yummy stuff.
Great breakfast as well.
They also recently opened a "real cheese" deli. ;-)
