Essentials, Amenities and Activities
The town of Hinton is 15 minutes east on Highway 16. All services from groceries to hospital are found in Hinton. It is also a town of hidden surprises. A world class bike park, Beaver Boardwalk, golf course, swimming pool, trampoline park are among local activities. Outdoor activities, including hiking, kayaking, horse trails surrounding Hinton are also local favourites. As well, a zip-line operates between Folding Mountain and Hinton.

The Folding Mountain Brewery and Restaurant is a pleasant walk for a meal. They are open for lunch and evenings. A 2 minute drive west on highway 16 will take you to the Overlander Lodge “Stone Peak” Restaurant that offers a fine dining menu but with a casual atmosphere. Reservations recommended. The town of Hinton has many restaurants from fast food, food trucks to dining in. Your choice of flavour as well includes pizza, Japanese, Korean, Mexican, Indian dishes, and other basics.
We are a walk away for a casual meal and tastes of its own brewing products.
