Talking about authentic, you won't find it more than this. It's not really a restaurant although it has some place to eat, but the food is just amazing which you can take with you.
The people there still wear traditional clothings and it is not for show.

This is actually a church which turned into a brewery! Please do visit this place, it has really delicious own-made beer (which they now sell all over the world).
This is on a 5 minute walk from my apartment. The place is always lively, fun and cozy!

This park / forest is truly amazing and a secret to even people from Haarlem. It's on a walking distance from my apartment and if you are looking for fairytale like peace, or a fresh jogging place in the morning this is it!
There are also lots of deers and other animals around, don't miss it!
