Absolutely Stunning walk through the rainforest with a variety of beautiful places to swim. Only 1km from the house, this is our personal favourite!
The walk can be tricky with young children or elderly.

A peaceful walk from Buley Rockhole to Florence Falls. The path is concreted making it a great option for those with prams or young children with bikes.

A nice quiet swimming option away from the big touristy attractions. At the carpark there is a perfect shallow creek ideal for toddlers to splash around and explore the surrounding area. Also wood fire BBQ's here making it the perfect shady lunch spot. For the more adventurous there are 8 swimming holes to explore along a beautiful track going upstream from the carpark. Our personal favourites are hole #3 and hole #6.
Walker Creek

A short bituminised walk leads to a lookout with spectacular views of the tallest waterfall in the Park. Those up for a bush walk would enjoy the loop walk back to the carpark with information about the local flora along the way.

Built by a station owner in 1929, the homestead is now set up for tourists to gain insight into life for the family who lived there. The track is 4WD only and has 2 river crossings.

There are no supermarkets near our property so you will need to pick up all your food and drink supplies on your way. Coolalinga is the last shopping centre on the way out of Darwin. It is well serviced with Woolworths, Coles, K-Mart, and more.
