If you go down to the crossing you can cross Buderim st, and walk safely down past the school to the beach - it has a ramp access and a coffee van. If you’re looking to swim between the flags I’d use a different access point.

If you go along Coonowrin and down Coochin street that will take you to the Dicky beach surf club, this is where the flags are. It can be busy to cross at Cooroy st so use a different option if it’s busy.
