There is road access to the back of the beach, a large car park, a boat ramp and a yacht club.
Waves reaching the beach average less than 1 m, which results in a continuous, attached bar and usually no rips.

The coastline is exposed to intense wave action from the southern ocean, shaping this rugged coastline.

Our house is on the 18th hole, a brief stroll up the hill and you will find the Anglesea golf club.
With around 300 Eastern Grey kangaroos watching you play, a collection of 42 bunkers, several raised greens and eucalypt lined fairways, the course offers you some stimulating golf and great nature views.
Social golfers and groups are welcome to the course every day and even non-golfers can enjoy the course and a meal from the bistro that is open every day from 9am to 9pm.
