Lunch at Eagles Eye is amazing. It's Canada’s highest restaurant. The gondola up is a great experience. Just be sure to double check if Eagles Eye is open to the public before planning a meal there because they host a lot of weddings and are sometimes closed to the public. Restaurants at the base are great too, and offer beautiful views.

Perfect 5km (1 hour) flat walk around the lake. Awesome spot for a picnic. Stop at Natural Bridge on your way to the lake. Go early as the parking lot fills up fast. 40 minute drive in.
Go to Takakkaw Falls afterwards which is another 20 minutes past the Emerald Lake turnoff. One of Canada's highest waterfalls!
