Korlevoll ski stadium is the starting point for several nice ski trips but be sure to check if it isn't just as good just hopping on the trail outside the cabin before you jump into the car.

This is a small local grocery store that has the essentials. They do not have fancy mustards or juicy cuts of steak. Just the basics to keep you alive in the mountains. Well and of course ice cream for the days when the temperature exceeds 17 degrees.

This is a great roadside stop on the way from Haugesund. They have a family restaurant with all the traditional food like meatballs and such. They also have a grocery store that is open on the weekends. Their selection of meats is very good and you will find great smoked sausage and other cold cuts. I recommend the pesto salami!

Fonna is one of Europe's foremost summer ski centers. Located 1200 meters above sea level in the heart of Hardanger, we offer alpine trails for the whole family, varied freestyle park and cross-country trails on the glacier. From the top of the ski lift, 1470 meters above sea level, you have spectacular views of the glacier, the Hardangerfjord and the North Sea. The summer season at Fonna normally lasts from May to September, and we stay open daily.
At our place you will find a simple café with hot and cold dishes, drinks and snacks. The cafe only accepts card payments and / or Vipps.
