Gangnam station itself is a huge underground shopping mall. My special recommendation for this area is clothes and cosmetics because there are hundreds of street clothing brands and road shop cosmetics shops. Truly cheap!

The closest movie theater from your place. Just across the street and there Megabox is. It's one of the top3 movie chains in Korea. If you're interested in local movies & art films, Megabox is slightly better choice than CGV although they are still very commercial.
