Parking is on a first come first serve basis. It can be tricky at times and on the other hand you might get lucky. Free Street Parking: Permitted directly in front of the building and surrounding streets. A parking permit is not required. Street parking typically fills by 6PM when residents are returning home from work. Paid Parking: Street signs are labeled “Pay To Park”, East of the building toward Lake Park. How to pay for parking - Download “ParkChicago” app and follow the instructions. ***Please adhere to street sign regulations or your vehicle will be fined or towed***

You’ll find a variety of bike paths and lanes. Dishwasher Only place dishwasher safe items inside of the dishwasher. Please do not place copper mugs, copper teapot, or wooden cutting boards inside of the dishwasher - hand wash only. Detergent can be found underneath the kitchen sink. Coffee Maker Fill coffee pot with water then place lid on. Place coffee filter inside of the portafilter. Pour ground coffee into the filter. Next, close the top and press on/off to beginning brewing. Voila!

Trash / Recycling Please be advised that all trash/recyclables are to be disposed of in the trash receptacles located in the back of the building for guest who have booked a monthly stay. NO trash/ recyclables are to be left in hallways, stairwells, or any common areas. Guest that book a weekend stay can leave trash for cleaners to dispose. Furniture The living room couch reclines for extra sleeping space. Pull back cushion forward, then backwards to recline. Be sure to place linen over the furniture to avoid staining the couch with makeup or body oils when resting.

Extra Resources Extra linen can be found on the shelf in the bedroom closet, toiletries are underneath the bathroom sink, & cleaning products are beneath the kitchen sink. Laundry Onsite laundry machines are available for guest who stay longer than a week (7 days). The washer and dryer machines are located on the basement level. Take freight elevator to level ‘B’. Eat In When ordering food via Uber Eats, Door Dash, & etc., guest will need to meet the courier downstairs in the foyer. Please be sure to take the keys with you or you will be locked out of the building. Text host if you are ever locked out! Events As of August 20, 2020, Airbnb has announced a global ban on all parties and events at Airbnb listings, including a cap on occupancy at 16. Occupancy cap for this apartment unit is capped a 3 people.. This party ban applies to all future bookings on Airbnb and it will remain in effect indefinitely, until further notice. Smoking This community is a smoke-free area. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED within our building. If you choose to smoke, guest are required to do so outdoors and 15 feet away from any exit or entrance door. There will be a $100 fine is heavy smell is detected in the unit. Pets These are pet-friendly (cat and dog) apartments, except pets are not allowed in this unit. No exceptions! Shower Pull single handle out for water temperature control by shifting the handle from left to right. Hot water is to the right and cold is to the left. For shower use, press push-button diverter to turn the shower on.

Temperature Heat is conducted by the radiators located in the living room, bedroom, and bathroom in the winter season ONLY. If you ever feel too warm with the radiator on, it is important to know how to use it! Radiators have a special dial that determines how much steam can flow into the radiator. I typically turn the dial to a halfway point. It does get a bit toasty when the dial in fully on, especially in the bathroom. A personal room heater is also provided inside of the coat closet. Please keep children away from all heaters!!!
