Tigerland is where the college kids go...Thursday-Saturday it is usually the place to be if you're college age and want to party.
ADVICE: If you come in for a game and from the opposing team, wear something neutral; otherwise, you will be harassed (sorry in advance).

Traffic
Be mindful of traffic. 5:00pm is brutal especially on the weekend. If there is an LSU game, getting to campus may be a little more difficult. The location of our home helps tremendously but give yourself some time. Try not to wait until the last minute to leave.

This Louisiana weather has a mind of its own.
Expect it to be hot all the time. I'd say January & February are our coldest months. November - December can be cold or hot. (Like shorts for Christmas hot)...I'd check the weather forecast for your whole day at least a day before leaving - It is known to be hot one day and freezing the next.
