Great beginner mountain! If you’re a bit more advanced you’ll find the mountain to be a bit on the empty side as most people are on the bunny slopes. Bonus if you’re more skilled!

Hiking
All along route 209 towards Bushkill you’ll find great hiking trails. If you’re headed out this way, be sure to stop at bushkill falls!

Bushkill falls is just a short trek off of the road. On weekends in the summer there is shuttle service available from the parks department, so if you are a bit worse for wear for a hike you can still check out these falls!

Downtown east stroudsburg has a music venue, restaurants, shopping and more! Saturday mornings in the spring and summer have the local farmers market with many vendors, including fresh fruits and vegetables, freshly baked breads, vinegars, pickles, and a kombucha truck (my favorite, try the switchel!). There’s a comic book shop as well as Dunkelburger’s, an all-things-outdoors shop to get fishing, hunting, hiking and camping gear. Walking up and down Main Street is a nice way to spend an afternoon.
