Among the best views in the city. Superb place for photos and taking in the sights. Close views of White House, Lincoln Memorial and all the others! Good drinks too. Not cheap! Important to reserve a spot/table for dinner online in advance or turn up for a seat at the bar! It's not far from Smithsonian museums and the business district, so makes a good stop afterwards.
