Wintertime Activities
It’s not called Winter Park for no reason! Experience some of the best terrain that Colorado has to offer.
One of Colorado’s top ski resorts with terrain ranging from beginner to expert level. We recommend purchasing tickets online at least a few days in advance. Equipment can be rented from numerous stores at the base of the resort or from the shops in town.
The town of Winter Park and Grand County provide free buses to and from the resort throughout the winter time. There is a bus stop right out front of Snowblaze condos, toward town a little bit. For most bus routes, this is the last stop before the resort so the bus will take you directly to the Winter Park Resort base. See below for a brief description of recommended bus routes. A full schedule with details can be access on the Winter Park website.
-Black: Recommended for both directions
-Orange: Recommended both directions
-Blue: Recommended both directions
-Red: Recommended, but 1 extra stop (Old Town) on the way to the resort. Recommended on the way back.
-Purple: Recommended for the way back.
-Emerald: Recommended only for the way back.
-Brown: Recommended only on the way there.
-Green: Not recommended.
-Yellow: Not recommended.
